Monterey Bay Academy is hosting Academy Days on October 8 and 9. This open house is for grade 7 to 11 students who want to “Slide into Adventure.”

Join us to experience the academic, social, and spiritual programs at a Christian boarding high school. Parents are welcome too.

Saturday, October 8

11:10-12:30 pm: Church — Come and worship with us at the MBA Church

12:30-1:30 pm: Lunch (Cafeteria) — Enjoy lunch with us in the cafe

2 pm: Academy Days Official Start

2–2:30 pm : Registration/Check-in (MBA Gym)

2:30-5 pm: Activities on the Beach

5-5:45 pm: Supper (Cafe)

6-6:45 pm: Vespers (Baker Chapel) 

7–9 pm: Games (Gym)

9:15-9:30 pm: Dorm Worship (Dorms)

10:30pm: Lights Out 

Sunday, October 9

7:15-7:50 am: Breakfast (Cafeteria)

8-8:30 am: Registration for Sunday Arrivals (Grunke Hall Lobby) 8:00-8:30 am: Worship and Announcements (Baker Chapel)

Why do you want to be at MBA?

In a short essay, tell us why you desire to be at MBA, and you could win a scholarship of up to $1000. Please turn in your submissions to pk@montereybayacademy.org or the Enrollment office by Sunday morning worship. This contest is open to anyone in grades 8 to 11. Your essay can be handwritten and should be at least one page. We are looking for your personal and honest reasons why you want to be at MBA.
